CASH PRIZE TERMS 12/10/25

 

We do not represent that Our Application or Service is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of all nations, or that Our Application or any portion of it is appropriate or available for Use in any particular location. If You choose to access Our Application or Use Our Services, You do so at Your own risk, and You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in Your nation or territory.   

 

The Terms set out the formal terms and conditions for Using and playing the games available through the Application or Services and constitute a binding agreement between You and Us. These Terms govern Your access and Use of the Application and Services.

 

**Please read these Terms carefully before You decide whether to accept them.  If You do not agree to these Terms, You may not access, browse, or Use the Application or Services, and should discontinue Your activities immediately. If You access Our Application, You are agreeing to these Terms.**

 

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

**1.1 Terms acceptance -** By accepting, accessing, and/or using the Services, You acknowledge and affirmatively signify that:

 

- You have read and understood these Cash Prize Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms and Conditions, controls, and guidelines which can be found within the Application, all of which are incorporated herein by reference;

- You have evaluated the laws, regulations, and directives relating to Your Use of the Application or Services, and your use or access to the Application or Services will not violate any applicable law, regulation, or directive;

- You are an individual and to be eligible for Cash Prizes You are eighteen (18) years of age and/or over the legal age of majority under applicable law in the jurisdiction in which You reside;

- You are authorized and able to accept these Terms;

  • You are physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction to receive Cash Prizes and are unrestricted by that jurisdiction’s laws;

  • You understand the start date and end date;

  • You understand winning a level requires completing the level and progressing to the next unlocked level (Two rounds per level, the first round signifies the start of new level);

  • You understand the Cash Prize competition is free to enter;

  • You understand The Cash Prize Competition is skill based and the terms of the skill based entry will be determined and published on Apple and/or Meta and/or Google;

  • You understand Apple, Meta and Google are in no way associated with the competition or the terms of the skill based entry of the competition or the amount or delivery of prize money;

  • You understand we may ask or encourage ratings or reviews on Apple and Google be we will in no way force or incentivise ratings or reviews at any time as per Apple and Google Developer Guidelines;

  • You understand we may encourage tags and shares, as per Meta guidelines but we will never force tags or shares for competition entry;

  • You understand Daily Cash Prizes are awarded for Quick Blitz Tournament awarded every 15 minutes with a minimum of 2000 entrants for a Cash Prize of USD $25, Lucky Lightning Tournament awarded every 60 minutes with a minimum of 10000 entrants for a Cash Prize of USD $100, Super Sling Tournament awarded every 24 hours with a minimum of 60000 entrants for a Cash Prize of USD $1000, Turkey Jackpot Tournament awarded every 7 days with a minimum of 100000 entrants for a Cash Prize of no less than USD $1000 and no more than USD $50,000. Cash Prizes are applicable to every Round and Level with a minimum number of entrants being no less than 2000 players.

  • You understand the monetary value of the prizes will increase with the number of players at our discretion;

  • You understand to be eligible to receive Cash Prizes you are required to follow on either Meta platform. This is our primary method of contacting you if you win Cash Prizes;

  • You understand if you are an employee or family member of an employee (defined as father, mother, brother, sister, child, spouse), or a business associate of Waffle Cone Pty Ltd, you are ineligible for Cash Prizes;

  • You understand if you have been dishonest by cheating, you will be ineligible for Cash Prizes;

  • You understand you may be asked to show proof of progression within the application via digital media, such as screenshot;

  • You understand we may request you to provide us with media endorsing the Application and/or explaining the amount issued as Cash Prizes if you are a winner of Cash Prizes;

  • You understand we have the Intellectual Property rights to your digital media and that we may use your media in future promotions or marketing efforts.

  • You understand you will be notified within 7 days of the skill based winner of Cash Prizes being decided and all applicants will be judged fairly based on definitions of “skill”, meaning, the most deserving winner as decided by a judge. In this application case, highest score or fastest time;

  • You understand “Refer Friends” is optional for more entries, as per Meta guidelines, with tagging in comments the only correct form of entry. As per Meta’s privacy guidelines, accounts set tagged and set to private will be counted as units of the tagging quota and will not disqualify the winner of the cash prize. We adhere to Meta’s privacy policy and Meta does not endorse or is associated with this competition;

  • You understand if friends are not tagged in comments, your first attempt at the competition will be the only score eligible. If 3 friends are tagged in comments, the first 5 attempts at the competition will be the only scores eligible. If 6 or more friends are tagged, the attempts at the competition are unlimited and the highest score will be counted from all attempts. The “Refer Friends” is a one time only event and qualifies the player for all rounds and levels, based on the amount of friends tagged in comments;

  • You understand once you are notified via a Meta platform, we will request your email address so funds can be transferred via PayPal, bank transfer or other method at our discretion. Once we receive your email address, funds will be transferred within 30 days;

  • You understand we are not responsible or liable if we are provided with an incorrect email address and payment will not be reissued;

  • You understand we are not responsible for any fees or bank charges associated with the payment of the Cash Prizes;

  • You understand we may require you to validate your personal location;

  • You understand each competition will have a published start and end date, condition of entry, Cash Prizes amount and links to the website for these Terms, Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions can be found on Apple and/or Meta and/or Google;

  • You understand that all prize winners will be displayed on our official website or official Meta accounts;

  • You understand it is required for you to provide Instagram username and/or Facebook username in the Application as a means of us contacting you, however under Apple privacy guidelines it is not forced and the Application can be used free of charge without providing this information, but you are ineligible for Cash Prizes;

 

 

**1.2 Changes to the Terms -** We reserve the right to amend or replace any part of these Terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions, without prior notice. You agree that We may notify You of any updated or new Terms by posting on our website and within the Application and that Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms shall constitute Your agreement with those changes. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that We will not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

 

2. DEFINITIONS

 

**2.1 “Cash Prizes” is defined by the payment of any monetary amount, as outlined in the guidelines of each competition published on the Apple, Meta and Google platforms. Apple, Meta and Google are in no way associated with these competitions or the payment of monetary amounts. The sum of the monetary amount will be no less than USD$20 and no more than USD$1million. The total sum from start to end date being no more than USD$5 million. If 2 contestants or more have an equally winning score, the prize will be divided evenly amongst the winners.

 

 

**2.2 Eligible Jurisdictions -** You acknowledge that various rules, regulations, and laws addressing sweepstakes, contests, and tournaments with prizes may govern Your participation in competitions and that such laws are set up by each individual state, country, territory, or jurisdiction. The Cash prizes are only open to residents in jurisdictions listed below (the “**Eligible Jurisdictions**”):

 

- In the United States of America: District of Columbia, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

- Outside the United States of America: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Norway, Sweden, The Netherlands, The United Kingdom

 

You are not eligible for cash prizes in any other jurisdiction and in particular in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal for You to do so. However, in any other jurisdiction, free use of the game according to Terms and Services and Privacy Policy is allowed.

 

It is Your responsibility to determine whether the State, country, territory, or jurisdiction where You are located is an Eligible Jurisdiction.

 

**2.3 Personal location -** We reserve the right (but has no obligation) to provide proof of location through a passport, driver’s license or government ID. In the case where You win a Cash Prize from a location outside the Eligible Jurisdictions, We may refuse delivery of prize.

 

 

**2.4 Start and end date are classified as the start of the competition as outlined in the competition published on Apple and/or Meta and/or Google. The 15 minute and 60 minute prize draw will begin from the official update of the Application, subject to Apple approval. The said update must include details of the Cash Prizes. The daily prize draw will begin at UTC 12:00am and close at UTC 11:59pm. The weekly prize draw will begin at UTC 12:00am and close on the 7th day at UTC 11:59pm. Any players competing in daily or weekly prize draw before UTC 12:00am and after the approved official update will be eligible for the first daily draw or weekly draw, depending on their selection.

 

 

**2.5 Cheating is classified as any tampering with the Application, including but not restricted to hacking, using bots, manipulating data or media, using media that you do not own;

 

**2.6 “Refer Friends” is classified as the act of tagging set number of friends in comments of relevant Meta posts or Reels on our official Instagram or Facebook account. Tagging of photos will not be accepted, as per Meta guidelines.
